[Goo Engine] Goo Engine 4.3.21 PATCH

We've found and made some improvements to Goo Engine 4.3.2! This release fixes the light info node and makes it even better! It will no longer have shader recompiling when changing a light value. It will now update in realtime! Also, the light info node can now have animated energy/color (the light object needs animation data to update in the shader). So, just keyframing the scale, location, etc. will make it work in shader. This release also fixes the viewport lagging when shader compilation is done, so now it updates the view like it did ...
