Sold out 3mins after receiving the mail... but i can't say i wasn't expecting this with such a popular studio and such talented people. More luck next time ^^

Bianca Nielsen

I think this is such a great idea overall! It is difficult for me personally to commit to this tier, as you are not able to choose the shikishi. Is there no such way to make a system where you can list out the ones you are interested in?

Mumei

Would it be possible to list the artists of each shikishi?

L. Jean-Marc

As far as i can tell nothing did happen for the time being, was also keeping an eye out for it as it wasn't 100% certain if tis going to happen or not. (edit at the time of my writing they just posted an update )

Katie G

Did it already happen did I miss the chance this month?

Pennesi Diego

Sir, you earned my 80 usd. Crossing finger to get a Mako Mankashoku One, had the KLK shikishi box, but they are not enought! がんばれ!

Ebil

Lost Journeyer, my understanding is actually you would get one shikishi for each month you gave 80 -- IF YOU REMEMBER TO MANUALLY SET YOUR PLEDGE TO SHIKISHI each month. It may not be possible if it's full, and of course, people might forget. It's like this: say you pledge $80 for shikishi in May, then Trigger mails out your shikishi and drops your pledge back to 'no reward' and it incidentally stays at 80/month because that's how Patreon is. A: If you want another shikishi, manually edit your tier back to 'shikishi' and continue to pledge $80, you will receive another one the next month and again be charged the eighty dollars. (Since there's a limited quantity, the tier might be full.) B: if you no longer want to pledge 80 and get another shikishi, or if the tier is full, then edit your pledge amount back to whatever tier and dollar amount you wish. But if C: you forget to edit anything, you'll stay in 'no reward' tier with an 80 dollar amount and end up charged that amount with no reward when you could have received another shikishi by selecting the tier.

Count me in i'm really looking forward to this :)

is it possible you guys could adapt something I have in the works? I know you won't but it's an idea: https://www.deviantart.com/laserass

Great, thank you!

Studio TRIGGER

1) I'll be updating the post, please check Edit 3 for a thorough explanation. 2) We hope to provide an advance notice before we make the shikishi's available 3) I believe all of ourshikishi has our staffs signature somewhere on the board.

Studio TRIGGER

We have to make this compromise since Patreon does not allow a monthly support and a purchase per project system. Assuming that the individual was able to purchase one of our shikishi, we would want the individual to update their membership back to the 1 USD or 5 USD membership to avoid being charged 80 USD for the upcoming months. If the individual hopes to purchase another shikishi, and is fast enough to get back into the tier, the individual will be more than welcome to do so.

Studio TRIGGER

We will most likely not sell our previous Shikishi. We will make it clear which shikishi will be in the selection clearly for each month.

Studio TRIGGER

1) The sizes seems to be 120 x 135 mm 2) The most one can expect to purchase is 1 shikishi per month. We will reset the Tier every month, so I suppose it is possible for the individual to purchase again if they are fast enough to update their membership.

Studio TRIGGER

It will be a random selection (it will only be selected from the shikishi with an illustration)

GentleFan

This is a great idea and one I would definitely like to pursue. A few questions/suggestions: 1. If you receive a shikishi one month, will you be able to choose the reward again another month or is it a one-time thing? 2. Knowing how passionate TRIGGER fans are, I think it would be best to specify beforehand exactly what time the reward will release that particular month as that makes it fair for everyone regardless of time zone. This reward will sell out fast. 3. It would be a nice bonus to include along with the shikishi the name of the animator who drew it.

Aquaka

Maybe a dumb question, but I understand that you get moved to a no reward tier and need to update. That is great. But, after we update, in a future month, can we try to get another shikishi? Or is this limited once per supporter's lifetime?

Bill Kulpa

That's a cool idea. Are you planning on giving out last month's shikishi? That way people would have a chance to look at the available prizes and know if they wanna throw their hat in the ring. They wouldn't be able to pick from the selection but it'd give them an idea what they might get.

HalloBruce

Awesome!! Couple questions: (1) How big are they? and (2) Is it like Lost Journeyer suggests, and we're all limited one shikishi? Or maybe we could return to that tier after a few months or something to get another? Thanks!

Schnilz

This is a chance i gladly take once the Tier is out. Getting to support my Studio and getting a shikishi is something i gladly spend money on. Excited about the new changes.

Benjamin 'Nothing but BS' Sussman

I'm happy with this decision,, and for the various costs involved. Will we have any say in the subject material for the shikishi, or will it be just a random selection from the week's creations?

John Titor

This is perfect!

Giulio Brugnera

I can't wait for the new tier to come out!

Lost Journeyer

I like this compromise. As long as you make it clear that you will only ever receive one shikishi even if u stay in the tier multiple months, there should be no room for complaint if someone gives $160. We're donating our money voluntarily after all, this isn't an online store.

Studio TRIGGER

The shikishi will most likely be available at the first week of every month. I do not want to over stress our supporters, so we will most likely provide a 24 to 48, or possibly longer notice in advance

Jose leal

Hi, I think it's perfect. I have a question, will you notify by email when the change of plan is available or should we look in May periodically? Thank you for the possibility of acquiring a physical Shikishi !!!!
