Trillionaire's Cupcakes

Take these freshly made Trillionaire's Cupcakes that my bear form whipped up: With a trillion calories condensed into the liquid caramel center of each cake, topped with a hyperising agent-infused icing and addictive sprinkles, just a single cupcake is enough to make a big-dicked blimp from anybody!
Kai already is partway through the growth caused by one cupcake and his gut is growling for more - I wonder how far he'd go for another one >:3
