They're a bunch of children. As if whining will make KOL skip the anime and pander to their needs. If they don't like it they should just mute the stream until he's finished watching it and is watching something they like.

Crazy to me people justify hating a series because, OTHER people rate the series more highly than they do.

ThiccRoman: That's not so strange, is it? Almost all major shonen jump fight series have a young character who says what they want to be or is something. Naruto = hokage, black clover = wizard king, shaman king = shaman king and so on. When it comes to him "winning" all the time, it depends on how you define it. As an example in season 3 when Izuku could not stop bakugo from being kidnapped could be counted as a loss. Then there are series where the main character never loses, but people still like it - One punch man as an example.

none of this justifies the excessive hate. whenever KOL watches something a majority of the chat isn't a fan of, they're usually silent, leave, or talk about something else. In comparison, MHA hate just looks weird.

mha is just kind of hard to take seriously though, the kid says he achieved his dream at the start of every episode for two seasons, and he hasnt lost a single fight to a villain or antagonist in the entire series including the manga. its just kind of a joke to a lot of people. i dont even think its about hate its just not a serious series to a lot of us.

I have noticed it, but it feels more like toxic than fun. It feels extra strange because you would think that Black Clover and Bleach (as an example) fans should be able to understand how annoying it is when everyone talks shit about what you like every time they are mentioned.
