Yesterday morning Paypal announced that my account will be permanently suspended, for this reason I will no longer be able to work making commissions for a while and comics will be suspended for an indefinite season.

I will have to close it since you can only receive payments through PayPal and Japanese banks (both options are ruled out), for that reason I will have to close it.
