Tendo (red-haired guy) is such a great character. Hilarious too. Also, Hinata marching onto the court with "I'm gonna show Ushiwaka who's boss" kills me every time. It's like random peon #85 somehow thinking he's gonna be the one to give Batman the ol-what-for after watching him beat the shit out of Bane.

yeah, you're so right with that analogy actually!! the rest of the team does sort of protect ushijima, but they're strong as hell individually, and they have to be for it to work. the basis of the team is that everyone has to be a strong player on their own, so you definitely nailed it with it!
