Progress update 19.10.2024
🕑 Added 2024-10-19 13:21:51 +0000 UTCWorking ahead of schedule, wohoo! The Arthur interview should come out on Monday, and hopefully I'll be able to do the Lilya illustration that same week.
Been thinking about how to make the next PAFL song pop a bit more, since the instrumental sounds a bit too droney at this stage. But I'll figure it out... The little Yana song will probably come out earlier, though then again I don't need to make a fully animated PV for that one.
Making quickies has become so fun ever since I've changed my approach to songwriting. The upcoming PAFL song has a lyrical style more similar to my recent stuff and I'm quite happy with that. I wonder how this will affect the vibe of the series going forward, if at all.

I vaguely remember you mentioning on tumblr(around 2023's summer I think?) the next main vid after 100 epitaphs(so, the current one in the works?) would have a lot of Temnova, is that still the case? Will we get more of the funny science lady,,,,,,,,

Well, there's Tarkovsky's Stalker (obviously), but there's also a recent crime drama called The Boy's Word: Blood on the Asphalt - it's about teenage gopniks in the late 80s. I haven't finished it yet, but it's very well made and the atmosphere might be just what you're looking for. Though, I advise you just torrent it to not support russian streaming services.

That's awesome. I would like to ask, what movies (especially russian movies) to get the same atmosphere of PAFL? I know you mentioned Brat and courier but could you recommend more? Thanks
