To echo what Lisa said, more content from you along these lines would be wonderful because it's so different from most of the OMG JAPAN fare online. Right now the only other channel I know that covers "normal daily Japanese life" is Life Where I'm From (excellent channel btw). If it came at the cost of your existing projects and/or sanity though, not worth it. You need to stay alive to keep entertaining and inspiring us :)

Around 36:45 you're talking about extra fees that you have to pay to complete the transaction of buying the property but you seem to not be sure what they are called. I think the English term you're looking for (at least in the US) is "closing costs" (<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Closing_costs)." rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Closing_costs).</a> :)

I would definitely like to see more podcast-style videos. You come across as really genuine and down to earth. Not sure what other types of subjects you’d deal with but this whole buying a house series has been quite interesting and different from the standard j-vlogger fluff. That said your comedy videos are something unique and I hope you’d be able to keep producing those as well. I’m impressed that you manage to produce all these videos on a regular schedule, while also working a day job and having toddler twins!

A new "life in japan" type of series would be great, I think. Been really enjoying these videos, even though they're a bit longer (or maybe because they're longer?). They're a great insight into what you normally don't see in other people's videos about Japan: Financing, working in Japan etc. Excited to see what comes next!
