I find this very frustrating. Right now, getting down to Tesco is the equivalent of a full workout the the gym (who's membership I pay by the year. So I'm wasting that too).
What's worse is that I am feeling better. Just enough to forget and over do things and make myself feel rough again. I know it's not my fault, but I still feel the need to apologize. I will make up for this.

Aha, I see updates - welcome back!
Please don't rush this. Organs taking a beating takes time. Anyone who has had a bad spell with poor health will push themselves to get back. Best way of pushing yourself is slowly, with a plan, the slightest physical fitness every other day and at least half the stuff the doctor advises.
