Telling the story your way even if it may not be "clean" and "concise" like others, because trying to edit yourself to fit into what will work is not only hard, but it is a genuine loss of control in a way that I am STRUGGLING with so bad.
I wish I could leave my body on autopilot for a year or smthn then come back when all this mess is cleared Im tiredddd ππ

I am sending you the biggest hug. It's awful to feel like you're losing your authentic sense of self and it can cause a lot of anxiety :( one of the nice things about art is to be able to express yourself freely and when that's taken away it sucks the joy out it.
