Has been asked for a horse in Zootopia style and looking at the official artbook y saw a ZPD horse design, so based it on that horse. I thought those hoofs could be very impractical but then I remembered the Powerpuff Girls grabbing things with merely contact having no hands, so this could be similar case. xP

That's true!. In any case, I could make thumbs out of hoofs too like Bogo with his fingers.

Oh what a handsome boy! He certainly looks like he could use some assistance with that >: 3 Bogo did end up with curious fingers in the movie, so I think horses might too, but I gotta say, this is really cute

I know the hooves thing is odd, but I got the idea from the Zootopia sketchbook. Maybe he can grab things by touch like the Powerpuff Girls. xP
