Zo: The Next In Line
🕑 Added 2020-02-24 18:06:43 +0000 UTCHello! My name is B, and it's time to write some more content for CoC2.
Specifically... it's time to write the second sequel to Brooke, and the first sequel to Paige!
Brooke was my breakout character for CoC1: you met her in the showers of the Tel'Adre gym. Paige was my follow-up character, specifically written because I was requested to write "Space Brooke," and she turned out to be one of my most successful and well-regarded characters in that game.
Now, I'm finally ready to write the next in the iterations of Brooke: the character colloquially known as "Brooke 3.0."
Introducing: Zo, the lupine monk!
As of this posting, this document outlines everything that Zo is; what we can expect in terms on content for her; and what she looks like. It's 6,000 words and includes her intro sequence and the Appearance screen. Brooke and Paige were both based on the German Shepherd breed of dog; Zo, while still having German Shepherd colours, is actually based on Lucario, the Aura Pokemon, and she has a similar gimmick to her: she's a chi practitioner, and is able to see the life energies of all the living creatures around herself. With enough practice and training, she'll eventually be able to wield her own chi in varied and unique ways.
Brooke and Paige both had different physical disabilities that they, as characters, had to work around. Zo, being a Brooke, is no different: this time around, she's actually a mute, and she can't speak a word. While this will make writing Talk scenes a bit underwhelming, it'll also be a fun and unique challenge to make her as well-fleshed-out as her two predecessors (which I intend to do, so help me!).
As of this posting, the Patreon doc currently doesn't have any different or additional content, but all updates will be going to it.
I'm very excited to write Zo, and I hope you're looking forward to reading her!

Finally. I was missing my requisite B written dog girl. Can't wait until she's in the game. I'm sure she'll be as impressive and entertaining as her predecessors.
