Waterdeep - Foundry Module Update
🕑 Added 2025-09-23 17:01:20 +0000 UTCA quick post to announce that the Foundry VTT Waterdeep module has been updated to v1.0.1. You can update directly on the Foundry VTT module page. This update features performance updates and adds minor functionality.
Changes:
Overview page - lower resolution background image and tiles
Overview page - added Monk's Active Tile Triggers to the tiles (on double click) to load ward map scenes
Ward scenes - reduced wall counts by 40-60% using the Merge Walls module. Fairly aggressive settings were used, so occasional oddities may be encountered with walls. Note wall counts are still in the 10k range, above recommended amounts, so your mileage may vary.
Special thanks to Moto Moto for the help and suggestions to improve performance. This is update 1; I'll continue to look at settings and options to make this module and map run more smoothly.
As always, let me know if you encounter any issues with the update. This technical side of things is not my strength, so I'm always a little anxious when an update goes out!
