The new video will be up tomorrow. Fought hard to try and get it completed by tonight's monthly deadline — but I'm going to have to give in to my body and complete it tomorrow. Only the last ten minutes of audio to synchronise and it's ready — but that's an hour of work that my legs can't take tonight. I hope you'll bear with me while I take these few hours of rest.
After making lots of progress with standing and walking I've had a disappointing relapse in the last few weeks with a resurgence of nerve pain. Not quite the torture-chamber levels of a couple of months ago, but spiteful — and a warning sign I have to take note of. I had previously built up to four or five hours of standing at my computer desk, spread across the day with bed-rest breaks. But I've had to cut that down to one or two. Which is a bit of a blow. But as I've often said, dealing with setbacks is part of recovery. I have an appointment with my local hospital's physical trauma unit on Tuesday which should shed some light.
I'm looking forward to getting this one out. It's a subject that crops up a lot in correspondence. I've put the music up for tonight.
So I shall see you tomorrow!
