✨Happy Birthday !✨ Thank you for this special invitation to meditate and breath, must be serendipity… On Thursday my mam passed away. She couldn’t find any stillness any more and after years of inner-struggle she chose to die the soft death, in dignity surrounded by her loved ones. Despite her fears and sorrows she proved very courages. That evening I realized it was a full moon, as if the universe had given her a helping hand. I was not prepared for the deep sadness this would awaken in me, this deep void of missing her. I miss her so much… Nowhere and no-one to turn to. Thanks to your invitation I realize that the only way to transform this sadness into love, this love that I am missing, is through meditation and breathing. Therefore I am so grateful for your voice and inner guidance. Be blessed 🙏🏻

Congratulations on 15 years! Thanks you so much for all you done for me and my mental and physical health over the years. Especially over the past six months as I've been dealing with a surprise cancer diagnosis. Couldn't make it through chemo without you! <3
