I can't imagine that the vibration the machine experienced during the loading, the drive and the unloading and Herculean move up the stairs helped the alignment of the microscope much. Best of luck getting it fully working again!

This is so cool. I always wanted to know whats inside of a SEM, but my access to the SEM room was withdrawn upon voicing this desire.
