Requis the Great
Interesting, I'll have a look. Thanks!
Marco Reps
eBay or the local equivalent of craigslist. In Germany specifically there's also https://yellowmed.com where you can sometimes find free ones, if you dismantle an entire system

Where did you get the X-ray tube again?
George Hartt
Hey Marco, are you by any chance gonna look at the Nvidia Jetson?
Mark Krützmann
It surely is quite odd having to use one of those as safety precaution.
Marco Reps
outside luckily! cathode to filament - if that happens and the PSU isn't grounded correctly, it would jump to me through a potentiometer knob, that's what that silicone tube was for
Simon
Did you fry the tube ow was that just some arcing outside the tube?
Tim Janzer
5:04 was the best part 🤣🤣🤣

if you click on the xray tag below the post you can see the history of this endeavor! I got a digital xray image sensor that might allow me to look inside stuff without opening
Ayden Murray
I must have missed something in a previous video, what's all this x-ray stuff for again??
Marco Reps
Yes! And a proper enclosure with x-ray controls built-in ... who knows, maybe I've already arranged something like that ;)
Marco Reps
Yeah, we are dog-sharing sometimes because with 2 of these high energy specimen it's difficult for 1 human to keep track of em. I only get to walk both on bad weather days ...

Weird! Fixed I hope. My source file doesn't have that problem and it's 4k60fps ... must have been a YouTube render glitch, because that vid only was available in 1080p. You should get one of those "fosfor" plates that glows after being exposed to xray. Had 1 when was working at dental Xray machines.

Only one doggy, I hope doggy no. 2 is well....
Holger P Kleinert
Yeah, very annoying. Wanted to say the same. And the frame is black...
Jeff Groves
I think your camera has been adversely affected by the X-Rays -- It is dropping frames about every 12 seconds or so..
