For driving a spindle or for use in a linear actuator? Steppers are the motor of choice for linear actuators, even in the big professional CNCs. For driving a spindle, 3 phase motors dominate.

Oh, by the way. I see, you (and other guys in comments) have some experience with this stuff. Maybe some of you can can recommend high torque (above 1 N*m), low speed (up to 200RPM) motor and driver? The main problem that I want to have full torque with constant speed on all range of speeds. E.g . 1 N*m ot torque at 5RPMs and the same torque at 200RPMs.

This is the thing that's sitting at customs: <a href="https://odriverobotics.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://odriverobotics.com/</a>#odrive
Nice, cant wait to see it. Did you also consider clearpath steppers? :

Thumbs up on teh AMT102 encoders. I haven't used a Trinamic chip in many years, but I remember it was a lot of work to write firmware to control them.
