'course I do, 2 of my brown Keithleys can do that :) But I've measured voltages between the 4 outlets in all possible combinations and none was close to 0, so I don't think it's meant for that ...

Depends on the insulation rating of the windings. Do you have an insulation tester?

4 x 200W outputs. Pretty sure I can parallel those to get 800W. But can I serialize them to get 920V?π€ͺ
