Nope, no such primitive things as potentiometers in that :) All calibration will be done in software
does anyone ever really need that many different bits? I have three bits, one like an elephants foot, a needle point and a rounded 2mm. I have never found a job I can't do and mostly use the 2mm for just about everything

I don't know either, I'll probably take it apart in a video soon ... had a few ideas about TS100-SMD-Tweezers or a "TS210" for JBC C210 Cartridges

Is that the "upgraded" version? I saw it on Banggood but wasn't sure it was worth the extra money (I didn't know if I'd like the TS-100 at all so I didn't want to invest too much into it). Are you going to make a video (or at least mention it in one) about it?
