Good luck on your next exam! The conjugations are usually part of the grammar lessons, so the N3 conjugation flashcards are all in the total N3 grammar flashcard set. I haven't made separate conjugation lists for each JLPT level yet since there are only about 100 in total, but I can add this to my to do list of new lists to make if that will help.
