I just love these videos so much, because you guys capture the essence of an indignant narcissistic Borderline perfectly. It’s hilarious! I will point out one thing that I didn’t necessarily agree with: your comment (around 45 min “forgiving”her attorneys): I don’t believe Sarah is willing to say whatever is in her best interest, as you mentioned. Remember, if that WERE the case, then she’d have been contrite and repentant at her sentencing hearing, rather than passive-aggressive and vindictive. My experience with malignant Borderlines is that their opinion of someone is based entirely on their last interaction with them. If you are in a relationship with a BPD (willingly or not), her feelings about you will vacillate wildly. One day she puts you on a pedestal, and the next day she’s attempting to erase you from existence. (You guys call it “splitting”.) With her one and only chance to lecture to a captive audience, Sarah’s desire to spew all her animosity overwhelmed any rational, common sense appeal for leniency. The emotional energy it took to appear sane all through a trial (including trying to control her bitter, smug facial expressions) depleted her Borderline reserves of situational competency.

I am so obsessed with how this case was entirely salvageable even without the plea deal, and yet she ruined her chances by being a dickhead. ngl if someone did to me what Jorge did to Sarah I'd probably kill him too, and Sarah's account of his abuse was the only part of her testimony that sounded sincere. Sentences for voluntary and involuntary manslaughter are both relatively short, especially for US justice system. And yet she straight up walked into a murder sentence. Amazing.
