I don't need more help than I am currently getting, and you're already supporting me here on Patreon, which is more than I could ever ask for.
OOPS! Turns out I grossly undercharged for international shipping on 1500+ graphic novel orders! I thought it was going to be $10-15 to send a book to Australia/Denmark/Far flung Canada etc. Boy was I in for a shock!! For that reason I've had to jump back into selling things on etsy over the past few days, but the animation IS NOT STOPPING...
I've got talented previous collaborators Yap Chung-Shing and Emma Wakley helping on STARBARIANS - Episode 3.9, which I swear on a stack of loss-leading graphic novels that I will finish this month. Emma and Yap are still working, while I'm etsying.
This little hiccup has only set me back a few days or so. It's mostly the typical animation-takes-longer-than-I-expect type problems that are making episode 3.9 drag its heels. But I promise, this one has more heft to it than the very short 3.5!
I will release it this month, I will!! Then we do Doctor Bees!

It's going to be okay. Losing $5-20 dollars per order really sucks but I've been told a partial refund down the line is likely. I hope your book has finally arrived, Max. Need me to check??

So I think the max I charged for shipping was $15, but many hundreds of orders ended up costing me $25-50 per order to ship, some as high as $60, and $70 on a single book which is nuts! I've taken my complaint to the shipping company and I am being partially refunded down the line, but paying for it all has been a shock.

oof been there my dude. The first kickstarter I did, the extra cash it took to ship to Australia ate up all the profits. Physical goods are so expensive.

It's okay, it's currently being investigated by the shipping company and I know that I'm getting partially refunded as it was so much more than quoted. Things will work out :)

Side note, I REALLY enjoyed Starbarian Tales, Harry. Every different arc and character of this story tied into one another quite nicely, and there were no loose ends. Looking forward to a possible Volume 2, if that ever goes into production!
