Okay gym progress, I seeee you 👀👀🥰🥰 It feels really good to feel good about myself again. My socially media break did wonders for my brain and I’m ready to get back to making content!! Hello :^) I hope you have a nice day!!! I’m finally getting over my sickness and was able to do some light cardio this morning. I did hack up a lung afterwards tho 😅 So lame I got sick the moment I felt motivation to get back into powerlifting/going to the gym regularly 😡😡😡 I haven’t had alcohol or fast food in a couple weeks now also ! I’m really trying to do everything I can to stay healthy and happy this winter. Seasonal depression hits me so hard. I’ve been feeling kind of hopeless lately but im trying to push through!!...
