M4L Synchro

It doesn't produce or manipulate audio, but it performs calculations that are useful for exploring tempo divisions in milliseconds (ms), hertz (hz), and events per minute (epm). Now, I know there are already tools out there that can convert BPM to ms and hz, but the main feature of this device is the epm unit.
