One of the toughest training sessions I have done in a long time.🤢 1 minute sprint, 3 minute sprint, 5 minute sprint, 5 mins rest, then 3 minute sprint, 1 minute sprint , then 5 minute sprint, then 3 minute sprint. Yes…it was very very hard! Happy to be making improvements this winter to my fitness and strength etc!

Yesterday’s after math! was awesome being out riding and back on the bike. I had some time off but felt surprisingly pretty on it which was cool. We done 9 top to bottom runs and rode the same track so we could get comfy on it and progressively pick up the speed each run. Always good to work on different stuff and challenge yourself!

Awesome day today!!! Loved being back on the Downhill Bike!

Extra mini suspension? 🧐 The switch infinity link on the Yeti bicycles I have been riding has been an interesting experience so far. I still have so much to learn about it but I can say these bikes are probably the best handling bikes I have swung a leg over. The Switch Infinity decouples chain forces from suspension forces very effectively. It’s been cool to hop on a different brand of bike that I have never tried before. I have been trying out a Yeti e-160 and Yeti SB165. I will do a livestream probably tomorrow explaining my thoughts so far and what’s to come!

It’s that time of year where I begin to resign with existing sponsors and begin discussions with new potential brands for the 2025 season. I have some ideas in mind on who I’d like to partner with so we will see how that pans out. I try to keep it mostly the same and keep my relationships going with my current sponsors as I love them all and the support the offer and we mesh together well! I will keep you all posted on all things new!
