I Messed Up

Hey guys, sorry for being gone in silence for several days. I took a small break toward the end of the month that went on longer than I thought it would.I think I messed up my spine. I won't go deep into my personal health. I can tell you its not good, but this problem in particular is actually debilitating. I cant sit properly, or bend, or even breathe in certain ways without an excruciating amount of pain in my lower back. I know exactly how I did this to myself, so its completely my fault.
