Pink Fantasy by Kay Jay
DAMN! KAY JAY FUCKING KILLED THIS SET!!! I was so worried about our shoot together because I first of all - do not like flash and do not use it at all. Eva at Rattlesnake Lake
First off - I love Eva so much. This was my second time working with this goddess and I just love how she embraces her nature and is such a holistic and wonderful person to be around. This day was a little bit stressful for me - I was supposed to get off of work at 2 and then go pick up Eva by 3pm. I didn't get off of work until 4pm and had to somehow fight traffic to go home, go to Seattle to pick her up and then make it to Rattlesnake Lake which was an hour away all before the sun set. Full setup
For those curious about what I normally use, here is my now full setup! A Canon 24mm 1.4L, a sigma 35mm 1.4 art lens, a canon 85mm 1.4L, a Canon 100mm 2.8L macro lens, and a Canon 135mm 2.0L lens. My main body is my Canon 5D MkIV (Iβm hoping to add a second one of those in the next few months) and my backup (not pictured) is my old Canon 70D. My flash I use is a 600ex RTii and has an amazing recycle time for its batteries! Not pictured is the stuff I barely use and might try to sell, including the 70D. New lenses!!

First of all - this redheaded babe is such a flipping badass!! Talented both in front and behind the camera, I had such a wonderful time creating with this gal! I adore the strappy look we achieved with her lingerie (Onyx Bodywear https://onyxbodywear.com) and some panties that I can't fully remember the name of (whoops!). I think her red hair clashed perfectly with the black of the lingerie and the suite at the Clairbnb we were shooting in. Oof. This room. WAS SUCH A MESS!!! It definitely stumped me because some aspects of the room were definitely not shootable or likable just due to the nature of the decoration. Carolyn and I shot this set in about 5 minutes I believe. We still got a buttload of amazing shots and somehow made the room work. Looking back I wish I tried a little bit more with it, but I am still overall really happy with what we came up with!
