It's been over 1.5 years and 650 commits since the last stable release of Octolapse. At long last, I've gotten V0.4 out the door! I took a couple weeks off from Octolapse development to finish up the new Arc Welder plugin, so it has been a while since the last RC was dropped. If you visit the OctoPrint Forum you may have seen a thread about the new Arc Welder plugin (formerly known as the Anti-Stutter plugin). Feedback from the previous release was pretty good, but a few issues were found and fixed. Since I'm trying hard to get v0.4.0 out the door, I decided it was time to push up the bug fixes and keep pressing hard. Each version has been more stable than the last, so I have a really good feeling that V0.4.0rc1 will drop in the next week or two. Many more people will be notified when that version drops, so I expect an uptick in issues. A few days ago I got a request from a Patron to take a look at a github issue regarding the excellent OctoPrint Dropbox Timelapse plugin by Justin Slay. Tweak your webcam settings with ease
I just finished a few new pages to make adjusting your webcam image much faster and simpler. Instead of clunky text boxes, you'll soon be able to use sliders. The controls will update a live preview as you adjust the settings. At long last v0.3.4rc1 is now available! It contains a few bug fixes from the last version. I've added all of the new patrons to the about page (THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU) as well.Unfortunately I had to remove some enhancements to help with Makerbot compatibility (G161/G162 support) since I was unable to verify the behavior of the new gcodes in a timely manner.
