I&#39;ll be celebrating on Twitch (9 -10 AM UTC) reaching my 2nd month and a year of being off my meds! The year hasn&#39;t been perfect and has been riddled with many mishaps. But, I fought through with all the tools my therapist and psychiatrist gave me to be able to navigate my chaotic mental state. There is no shame in needing to take medication again or staying on it for what feels forever. I am proud of everyone who suffers yet fights for themselves every day 😊✨I hope you guys are having a lovely day 😘

I rarely feel comfortable in a dress? I think maybe that has something to do with just my preference. I grew up wearing dresses to Sundays (plus, school uniforms were skirts) but later on, I often prefer pants and jeans. I&#39;d find any way to wear joggers to school too. Idk... Huh, that might be something I should look into. It might have something to do with deep rooted insecurities or some suppressed memory.So, I wore dresses and felt pretty 🥺👉👈 it was unusual for me but I think I need some getting used to with the dress situation....
