These are some animals drawn with stream of consciousness.Freshwater fish as always...I have had Cardinal Tetras in the past and I love them... I've drawn it a few times in the meantime, but I want to draw it again regularly.I also have a desire to draw a continuation of the rodent series. And then suddenly, I thought it was a long time since I hadn't drawn a bird recently.

[wip] Fancy rat

[ wallpaper ] Fancy rat[drawing] Fancy ratThe fancy rat is one of the most common pet rats and they are as cool as their names. Perhaps one of the animals with the most false prejudices is the rat. They are actually social, very intelligent, and very hygienic animals. It's a mass of head and body.SketchColorI thought they were roughly divided into three colors.White, brown and bluish gray.Their tail, paws, and nose are pink, so pink background would suit it well.About 3 years ago, there was a breed of rat that the people who keep rats on pat...

[drawing] Fancy rat

I've been keep thinking about drawing a mice in the meantime 🥹A few years ago, I drew a rat sketch once with a patreon poll. I remember the bat and the gecko won at the time so they weren't drawn. There are so many species of rat/mouse in the wild, but this time I decided to draw a fancy rat, which is familiar to people and has been requested a lot. There are different types of fancy rat, but the species are the same.I feel something when I study like this. Especially when drawing animals that are familiar but haven't been drawn mu...

[animal drawing] Bobtail squidColor thumbRough sketchSketchClean upMaking a shapeColoringFinished illustrationUsually I'm done with this step, but this time I'll add some simple animation.I wanted to express how shiny and cute they are. (The squid in the middle of the first row barely glows because it's a non-bioluminescent common bobtail setup.)I drew the stars and the moon on their bodies, taking the idea from how they camouflage themselves with stars and moonlight.Animating guideThe next icon pack is the cephalopod set and this w...

[News] The secret shop will close soon. Check it out~!* Related post : [ wallpaper ] Cheerful tripod fishThe tripodfish is a fish that lives in the deep sea. Their long fins are optimized for waiting prey at the ocean floor. Their appearance has been discovered through various videos by scientists, but it seems that the details are not known yet. That makes them more mysterious. In Korea, it is called '세발치 (three-legged fish)'. I took note of this and expressed them as if they had feet.Tripod Fish in Predation StanceTripod fish sw...

[ wallpaper ] The year of black rabbitThis year is the year of the black rabbit according to the zodiac.I drew a bunny a few month ago, and among them I choose a black otter rex as a model. I thought it would be nice to draw a dreamy black rabbit.I thinking about what to do with these two background colors, and I mixed them.Cloud-like patterns are placed in the background so that they can blend naturally and also create a dreamy feel :DThe picture size finally published on the web is cropped and smaller, but I set up a more generous canvas for ...

[ wip ] Happy Piranha

[ wallpaper ] Happy PiranhaMany people are afraid of piranhas. They, like sharks, are fish whose fears have been over-inflated by the media. Piranhas are important scavengers in the ecosystem. Actually they are pretty timid personalities. It is very rare for a piranha to attack and kill a person first.I watched a TV show on Netflix a while ago, and there was a scene where the main character releases piranhas into a swimming pool for revenge. I saw that and thought I should draw a piranha. Maybe it will help to improve their reputation even a l...
