[wip] The year of big cat cubs

2022 is the year of the tiger.Originally, I was going to draw a tiger and tigerfish, but suddenly I realized that I had never properly drawn big cats in my personal work.I mean, I've drawn felines quite as company works, fanart and doodles, but ....If I don't draw this time, I thought maybe I'll think about drawing them in 12 years laters from now 😂 (Zodiac animals returns every 12 years)Also, I have been misunderstood a few times that maybe pikaole don't like cats because they don't draw cats often. How can an animal art...

[wip] Wild pigeon

I've had a few opportunities to spot pigeons this summer, as a pair of pigeons have been frequenting my apartment's balcony. The nest is probably built somewhere else, I'm guessing they used my balcony as a toilet. I struggled a bit with them cleaning their poop every day lol.( I didn't know that bird poop could have different colors. I thought it was mostly white. The last bird droppings I removed were purple! I'm super curious what they ate)Nevertheless, bird watching is always a pleasant experience. It is now forbidden to ...

[wip] Sparrow (Passer)

This sketch has been in my mind since I drew chickens and ducks last year.it would be nice to draw a dove, a magpie, and a crow as a series....(But I'm not 100% sure what to draw next.)'sparrow' seems to include a lot of birds.I don't know how it would be in other countries, but in Korea, when they say 'sparrow', everyone thinks of Eurasian tree sparrow. It's probably a very well-known bird in east Asia because of their successful distribution.Since all I knew about was an Eurasian tree sparrow, it was fun to draw sp...

So I was surprised when people sent me shrimp drawings.I remember that some people here also sent pictures. thank you!It was fun to see many people's shy shrimp drawings.I'm not interested in making technical tutorials, but one of my artistic purpose is to promote interest in un-famous animals, so I thought kind of this way to public participation might be a good way to do it. 🧐Shrimp is loveCrab buttsBaby fileNew homeNew family...

[wip] Angelshark

You can see that I edited the sketch in the middle and drew it again👇In the WIP gif, the interval is 1.5 seconds, but in reality there was a time of 3 days between them.I drew it at the end of November, saved it in the middle, and reopened the picture file to finish it again three days later. But it seems like the fish are too long...I mean, originally, this fish is long, but I thought my first deform was not cute, so😂And in the end, I changed the background color. It would pop-up better on a dark background, but I wanted to emphasize the ...

[wip] Cream horn and Madeleine

This is a very popular bread here. There is chocolate cream inside the fluffy conch shell. So, we call them 'conch bread' in Korean.(by the way, Madeleine is Madeleine)and hermit crab is 'conch crab' in my language,so when I ate this bread a while ago I thought of this...It's a little different from Madeleine, but there's a different kind of 'Clam Bread' called 'Clam Bread'. The bread contains chocolate or red bean paste. Then I immediately thought of Madeleine. They are also shell-based breads.thank you!Wal...
