As you probably know, I almost never skip my weekly posts. But here’s a little life update: for the past two months I’ve been busy looking for & buying a house through a bank loan. Luckily, the process went smoothly and didn’t take too long on the paperwork side.That said, I still had a lot to sort out with the construction part, planning, budgeting, choosing materials, and checking the site. All of that took quite a bit of time and slowed down my commission work these past two months.The good news is, construction officially starts tomor...
