My FIRST EVER cliff dive 😳🙈 in Hawaii My whole life I have been EXTREMELY afraid of heights, I started bouldering (rock climbing over mats, ~20 feet tallest) to help me get over this fear. This was so freeing and has to be one of the biggest internal mental accomplishments I have had in a LONG time. ❤️💕 Mahalo

CHECK THIS OUT!!!! Since that Biohacking conference in September I’ve been playing around with some new technologies…. Here is an AI driven workout machine called “Speede”. The machine will control the tempo of each rep applying the proper resistance. So if you pull harder it pulls harder!!! As you can see I was really trying to pull harder than the machine 😂. However with 2,000 lbs of resistance I don’t think I came close 😵‍💫🤪

Trying something new!!!! This was my first time ever doing acupuncture 🤯! I really enjoyed it, it was very VERY relaxing. I didn’t go in with any specific ache or pain to work on so it’s hard to say if I got any “muscular” relief from it 🤔… However, it knocked me out! After she put all the needles in I couldn’t stay awake I completely fell asleep and woke up about 4 times in the 30min you leave them in 😳😴

Finished my fast… 84 hours 🥳 This is the longest 0 calorie fast I have ever done, and surprisingly it was WAY easier for me than a 3 day juice cleanse or the 5 day prolon fast 😳 🧘🏻‍♂️ Right now I feel so grounded, aware and spiritual. I absolutely see why some form fasting is incorporated with most religions. 🥰 Much love 💕
