What’s up everyone?! I know it’s been really quiet in here, but we’ve still been hard at work. At first we wanted to surprise you all, but I’ve been reading this book called “Show Your Work” by Austin Kleon and it was really insightful. We decided to make Pridelands into an immersive comic containing 3 elements: Illustration, Animation, and Voice Acting. Kopa
The forgotten King. Playing around with his hairstyle and outfit. For thise who don’t know, Kopa is a character in the book series called The Lion King: Six New Adventures. He is Simba and Nala’s son. His original haircut looks like the image in the right, but I’m trying to figure out if I should switch it up a little. I’m taking influence from Killmonger (s/o to Chase) and Trunks (from Dragon Ball)

Kopa?
What’s up yall? Are you guys familar with Kopa? He is supposed to be Simba and Nala’s first born son. He appeared in a book series that came out shortly after the first movie. When the Lion King 2 was being created, the creators were not aware of the book series which is why Kopa is non-existent. Many people don’t believe the books are “canon”. What do you think? Should Kopa make an appearance in the Pridelands or would that be too confusing. Lmk your thoughts!
