This week's release sees a new faction arise under the ominous tolling of the Burial Bells - leaden bells whose "sound" causes deafening silence to roll over the lands. The DeathriteThe Deathrite cult strives for a world silenced by death, an unliving utopia of crypts tended to by the mute Gravewardens. To hush those living beings disturbing the sacred silence of the Deathshroud, the Deathrite’s High Crematorians dispatch legions of thralls, both mortal cultists and the Annointed, undead beings bound or birthed into the ranks of th...

Loyalty Token - Magma Wyrm
Magma Wyrms inhabit the most inhospitable terrain imaginable, breeding at the black sand shores of great lava lakes or within the noxious calderas of active volcanoes. Glowing red with inner heat and covered in glistening obdsidan scales, fighting these great Wyrms head on is foolhardy bordering suicidal and only the greatest (or most boastful) dwarven heros are said to have defied a Wyrm’s withering heat and extinguished its molten core. The loyalty token releases include FoundryVTT integration for the Foundry Tier and come with a PDF includi...
Should the Dungeon Master be able to Counterspell their players?
If you know us, you know that this title is partially bait. The Dungeon Master should be able to do anything, granted they got the best interest of all involved in mind - having a blast rolling some dice. But you might also know about the discussion about one of the problem childs of D&D 5e and I’m here today to valiantly defend it and then make a point of why maybe not using it as much could also be a healthy choice. The ProblemThe discussions revolving around counterspell quickly spiral into an examination of resource allocation and game the...
