yoga is the unbuilding of the story you’ve made up. ~hatha yoga is to understand the body/mind, only to realize you’re not either of them. there’s something beyond that’s animating, illuminating body/mind. ~the Heart leads one beyond. *** today i heard these words from a great teacher. it is helpful to remind myself these things, as someone who loves storytelling and passion. there must be a middle way; a way to make love to the paradox, in harmony… what do you think?
